The Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA) is committed to ensuring the accessibility of its website in accordance with the Act of 4 April 2019 on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities. This accessibility statement applies to the website http://www.ais.pansa.pl.

This website is partially compliant with the Act on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities due to the non-compliances or exclusions listed below. Ensuring full accessibility would impose a disproportionate burden on the public entity. 

  • Attachments published as scanned PDF documents are not digitally accessible. 
  • Some content has been published with graphics containing text where the text embedded in the graphic was necessary for effective communication of the given subject matter. 
  • Some published photographs do not contain alternative text descriptions; they are promotional in nature and are not used for the performance of ongoing tasks. 

We want every user to have full access to the published materials and functionalities, and for the website to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1). We recognise that accessibility is an ongoing process which we work on every day.

Requests should be processed without delay, no later than within 7 days. Architectural accessibility 

Directions to PANSA Headquarters at 8 Wieżowa Street, Warsaw: 

  • From Aleja Krakowska via Na Skraju, Paluch and Wieżowa Streets.

Note: exit from the S2 expressway is only possible from the direction of Aleja Krakowska. 

  • By ZTM bus line 124 from the P+R Aleja Krakowska stop.

The destination stop is located next to the animal shelter at the junction of Paluch and Wieżowa Streets.

The headquarters of the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency are located at 8 Wieżowa Street, Warsaw. The site can be reached by bus no. 124 (Animal Shelter stop, approximately 600 metres from the PANSA entrance gate) or by private transport. Car parks with designated parking spaces for persons with disabilities are available at the entrance gate. 

Access to PANSA facilities is controlled and is only possible after presenting or obtaining an access pass following prior notification of the intention to visit. Passes for individuals and representatives of companies and institutions are issued by the Agency’s organisational units. 

The headquarters of the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency comprise a complex of buildings adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities, including designated parking spaces and necessary accessibility facilities. Main entrances are equipped with ramps and access gates suitable for wheelchair users, while lifts and accessible toilets for persons with mobility impairments are available inside the buildings.

The website can be operated using a keyboard only. The pages are based on a heading structure that enables quick navigation. Filters, calendars, forms and other functionalities have been developed in accordance with accessibility standards and can be used via keyboard. Users who do not use a mouse can navigate the website without difficulty. 

In addition, the website provides the following accessibility features for persons with disabilities: 

  • speech synthesis for selected text, 
  • high-contrast version, 
  • grayscale version, 
  • readable font version, 
  • text size adjustment, 
  • visible focus indicator, 
  • highlighted links.
